After living with the emotional struggles of growing up in a bigger body, surrounded by media that thrives off of women feeling insecure about themselves, Kayla is doing everything in her power to help as many women as possible heal their relationships with their body and inner selves. On her journey to living her life with self love and confidence, she takes us along for the ride, while providing support and inspiring others to do the same.
